Meet the Team

ERNESTO ROSTOKER

Chief Executive Officer Member of the Board

Mr. Rostoker obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from the University of Miami and a Masters in Accounting from Nova University. He also completed the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard. His experience includes working as a Stock and Bond Operator and Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and was part of the Risk and Internal Audit department at 100% Banco. As an entrepreneur, Ernesto founded RBI Auto Loans in 2014 and RBI Private Lending in 2015 and has been responsible for the firm’s growth and management ever since.

LEONARDO ROSTOKER

Chief Financial Officer Member of the Board

Mr. Rostoker obtained a degree in Business and Economics from Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas and a Masters in Accounting from Nova University. Most recently, Leonardo completed a certificate in Digital Assets at Cornell University. He is an accountant and Licensed Title Agent of the state of Florida and serves as internal auditor for RBI Alliance. His experience in the finance field include working at BVC (Bolsa de Valores de Caracas – Caracas Stock Exchange) and in the Risk and Credit department at 100% Banco.

ANDRES SAIAS

Chief Commercial Officer Member of the Board

Mr. Saias earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and a Masters in Real Estate at Georgetown University. His previous experience includes working in banking at 100% Banco in Venezuela. Mr. Saias leads the group’s commercial initiatives with borrowers, brokers, investors and secondary markets.

RICARDO RODRIGUEZ

Chief Collection Officer Member of the Board

Mr. Rodriguez obtained a degree in Public Accounting and a title of Analyst and Interpretation of Financial Statements from the prestigious IESA of Caracas (Institute of Superior Studies in Business Administration). He previously worked in the Risk and Credit department at 100% Banco and went on to co-found Quality Credit Alliance, where he was responsible for internal operations, and was head of the Accounting Department. Mr. Rodriguez completed an advanced certificate in Anti-Money Laundering.

ELI COHEN

Chief Operating Officer Member of the Board

Mr. Cohen graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems with a minor in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Miami. Before joining RBI, Eli worked for 4 years at Glide Capital as Head of Operations overseeing the structuring and management of more than 100 funds with $700M+ in AUM focused on private credit and other alternative investments.

Michael J. Seiler

Chief Stategic Behavioral Strategist

Dr. Michael J. Seiler is a Professor at the College of William & Mary and has been a Visitor at Harvard University, University of Cambridge, London School of Economics, and Johns Hopkins University. A former hedge fund Chief Economist, Dr. Seiler is currently the #1 ranked real estate researcher, and actively serves as an expert witness and consults in the areas of behavioral and experimental real estate and finance.

FAQ

What is the interest rate and loan term?
Usually, loan rates are 9% and 1.75% points. Loan terms are 12-36 months

What is the loan type?
Most our loans are interest only, which means a fixed interest is paid throughout the term and full balance at maturity. For example, a $100,000 with 12 months term and 9% rate will yield 12 monthly payments of $750 and a final payment of $100,000

What happens if I sell the property or prepay the loan before maturity?
In most of our loans there is no prepayment penalty.
